Silvaraak Tribe
The Silvaraak Tribe is the only civilized tribe of aarakocra. The tribe inhabits a village near the "sealed" city of Kurn. The Silvaraak are the only known aarakocra tribe to possess any degree of arcane magic.
While affiliated with Kurn, the tribe occasionally falls into its savage past, utilizing cruel punishments in an attempt to halt the slide into tribalism.
