• If you really want to buydown a stat during character creation, have a very good reason.

[edit] Combat/Damage

• Damage when falling from a horse will be slightly increased, and will then be further increased by the speed at which the horse is moving.
• Battleaxes are getting a minor buff, as are maces

[edit] Intrigue

• Cautious diplomat cannot be stacked with itself (ie if a consider action is retaken, no new bonus dice are gained).
