Pterran
Pterrans are a reptilian humanoid race with vestigial wings which lives in the Hinterlands. Pterras are considered close to nature and abhor defilers. They have no history of using arcane magic.
The largest pterran towns are Pterran Vale and Lost Scale, while others live in small villages.
Pterrans are required to follow one of three life paths. Most are "warriors", many are druids, and a few are telepaths. Each village is led a Triumvirate of one elder from each life path. Warriors frequently ride pterraxes, flying psychic reptiles, while telepaths, which act as diplomats, have a reputation for being untrustworthy. Any pterran which doesn't fall into a life path is regarded as a criminal.
