Nibenay

Nibenay, a large city in the more barren part of the Ivory Triangle, is ruled by the Shadow King, who is rarely seen in public outside of Naggaramakam, his Forbidden Palace. His city is run by an efficient bureaucracy consisting of female templars who are all married to the Shadow King. Nibenay is famous for its legion of elite half-giants.
