Dweezil Zappa is a Filthy Stinking Human Shaman. Zappa hails from 'The South' likely near the deadlands. He claims his people live in a great stone structure under the waste and that he is on a holy quest. Dweezil seems to be some kind of formal title. He claims to be able to read.
The Good 'Dweezil's' conjurations reflect an odd version of the elements: Blood, Bone, Breathe and 'Flesh Fire.' Effectively whatever he does it includes summoning a screaming tornado of blood or fire or bone or all of these.
