The Artisan (Toronto Branch)
Queen and Spadina, Chinatown
Artisan is a chain workshops that deal in custom goods. Urban Explorers can acquire thieves tools and climbing gear disguised as small backpacks complete with false textbooks. The upper crust have patio stones with Artisan wards added to protect their homes. In the middle of extreme cold or wet weather or skulking through undertown, you may wish you'd done your outfitting here.
Face - Matt Harris, an angry former bicycle mechanic heads the branch and tries to keep it from exploding.
- Connor Breen - Part Owner, Customer, Sometimes works there, mostly has them fix his foci
- Shelly Beaumont - Customer, Office Ninja requires specialized equipment
- Nikolai Aleksandrovich - Customer, has his more complex enchanted items built here
- Example 2
Je Ne Sais Cuisine (Eggspectations Afterhours)
Young and Queen, Garden District, St. George
Once this tacky breakfast-bar locks up the front doors (by five on weekdays and four on weekends) a different set of patrons start coming in the back. Blood and Human Flesh are the more mundane items on the menu, prepared in any way you can imagine. It's an ugly arrangement to keep going but better than having ghouls or visiting red court vampires do all their own hunting. They also do takeout and sometimes cater for the rich that have gotten bored with the usual restaurant scene. If the supply lines are cut off in the emergency, they might have to 'restock' from the locals or risk their patrons furry, scaly or squirrely wrath.
Threat - They're out of ingredients. Time to restock...on people.
Aspect - "BYOB - Bring Your Own Bodies"
Face - Kay Gupta - Proprietor, Chef, Psychopath

St. Paul's Basilica
Queen and Parliament, Cabbagetown, Mortal Control
This church is nearly two centuries old and was the first Catholic stronghold in the city. It has been the meeting place for the secret society that has kept the area clear of the worst of supernatural predators. Little is known about this holy militia but it had a splinter group that left for St. Batholomew's.

CN Tower
Spadina and Front, The Garden,, St. George
Erected in the mid 70's, this monument to the hubris of Canadian Industry was to be used as a broadcast tower for mortal ferromancy, allowing it to pass over the largest 'skyscrapers' of the city. It has a twin in the never-never complete with a courtyard of an elevator going to an 'airport' or sorts. Spirits leaving our world and newcomers pass through it and the stable nexus to the never-never located there.

Maple Leaf Bunker
Bathurst and Lakeshore, Liberty Village, St. George
Built in 1908 and demolished in 1968, a neighbourhood of apartments now stands in its place. Now it only exists as an imprint in the never-never, like a manse. Exactly how a bunker was build underground here is unknown but it was left over and is now only accessible from Undertown and the Never-Never. It is one of the places the King of the Homeless People holds court.
