Summoner's Charm (Su): Whenever you cast a conjuration (summoning) spell, increase the duration by a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your wizard level (minimum 1). At 20th level, you can change the duration of all summon monster spells to permanent. You can have no more than one summon monster spell made permanent in this way at one time. If you designate another summon monster spell as permanent, the previous spell immediately ends.

Shift (Su): At 1st level, you can teleport to a nearby space as a swift action as if using dimension door. This movement does not provoke an attack of opportunity. You must be able to see the space that you are moving into. You cannot take other creatures with you when you use this ability (except for familiars). You can move 5 feet for every two wizard levels you possess (minimum 5 feet). You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

One hundred and forty-seven years old, Blinky is an Elf from Kyonin that set out to get a little experience before settling into a career. Apprenticing to a Human Wizard in Galt seemed like a good step, as the ruthless apprenticeship by Human standards was by his own a mere inconvenient seasonal internship.

Revolution began its forty years (and counting) revolution in his second week. Blinky's master fled into the riverlands. Roughing it did not describe these conditions and after a decade, Blinky moved to Rostov. His intellect and a few magic tricks allowed him to pass as a skilled Artisan for a few decades while doing a bit of light reading.

This 'founding a kingdom' business amounts to a summer job before college to an elf, or in Blinky's terms a 'Get Rick Quick' scheme. In a mere decade, he might amass enough of a fortune to retire and finally get around to the whole Arcane Research business his old master was harping on about for so long.

Armed with only the primal forces of creation in one hand and enough gold to choke a gnome in the other, young Bobcob feels under-prepared for the coming adventure.

Blinky is a specialist conjurer with a knack for minor teleportation. What he definitely does not have a knack for is interpersonal skills. Self absorbed is one word. Blithering ass is another. Business savvy is all that stands between him and a cut throat in the night.
